How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we send a tracking number by SMS and email. You can follow it under My Orders → Track Order in your account.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging, seals, tags and included accessories. We cannot accept returns of final-sale items, items damaged through misuse, and gift cards.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes a further 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are — quickest within Lahore, longest to rural and remote locations.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is 150–300 PKR depending on your city, calculated at checkout. Orders of 3,000 PKR or more ship free.
